Every day we deal with conflicted values.  We have at our core a set of values we use, either consciously or unconsciously.  In every encounter we have, whether formalized or not we are making compromised decisions.  At some level, we are in conflict from these decisions.

This course raises the awareness of who we are and what we believe so that we can acknowledge the differences and accept the results.  In struggling with and holding the stress internally we become less productive and more conflicted.

Ethical EncountersTM helps groups recognize and manage the real values environment in which they work and live.  The tradeoffs we make are now a conscious part of our decision making process.  This enables smoother group interactions and clearer messaging of corporate imaging.
